TAA Properties is a boutique commercial real estate firm located in Midtown Manhattan, we representing buyers and sellers of real estate in all major asset classes.


TAA Properties is growing its business. We are looking for talented, hard-working, real estate sales people with integrity that want to be part of a high growth business.

  • Cold calling, networking, and marketing/ merchandising activities.

  • Evaluate property values by utilizing proprietary tools.

  • Provide financial information and analytical data to potential buyers or sellers.

  • Negotiate on behalf of the client.

  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads.


Minimum Qualifications


  • NYS Real Estate license a must (will consider sponsoring for the right candidate).

  • Excellent communications skills both verbally and written.

  • Must be computer savvy and have working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel).

  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization and time management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter, extremely pro-active, and positive.
